Thank you for taking the first step towards a New Forest Care Placement. Before offering a place we will:
- Conduct thorough preliminary assessments before admitting a young person into New Forest Care’s care.
- Gather essential background information to ensure adequate support resources.
- Arrange a meeting with the young person to assess compatibility with existing residents and readiness for therapeutic engagement.
- Extend a formal placement offer if all aspects are well.
- Initiate a tailored transition plan upon acceptance by the local authority.
